The last in a series of events run by Cheltenham Town Wheelers (CTW).

This event is being held at Dean Close School in conjunction with Sue Ryder and their Ride for Ryder sportive being held on Sunday 7 July.  

This is an entry level Go-Ride event focusing on young riders and introducing novice adult riders to racing.

Age categories and race times as below:

2:30 - 2:40pm - U8's race for 10 minutes
2:50 - 3:05pm - U10/U12's race for 15 minutes

3:30pm - podiums for U8/10/12's

4:00 - 4:30pm - U14/16's race for 30 minutes
5:00 - 5:30pm - Juniors/Novice race for 30 minutes

6pm - podiums for all remaining races

Online/On the day entry:

Whilst online entry is highly encouraged and requested, there will be a small number of on the day entry places available  Online entry will close on Wednesday 3 July at 23:30.

About the Event

Info for Riders

This is the third in a series of events run by Cheltenham Town Wheelers (CTW) and we are switching venues to Dean Close. In support of Sue Ryder Leckhampton Court Hospice and their Ride for Ryder event. 

All monies raised over the day from entry fee’s, raffle prizes and cake sales will go to Sue Ryder.

This is an entry level Go-Ride event focusing on young riders and introducing novice adult riders to racing. All proceeds from this event will go to Sue Ryder and we will have a fabulous cake sale and bike games for younger riders including those on balance bikes. 

Age categories and race times as below:

Sign on and course practice from 1:00pm

  • U8/10/12 course practice from 1:00pm
  • U14/16/junior/novice course practice from 3:30pm

Race times from 2:00pm

  • U8's - 2:00pm for 10 minutes
  • U10's - 2:20pm for 15 minutes
  • U12's - 2:45pm for 15 minutes

3:15pm - podiums for U8/10/12's

  • U14/16's - 3:30pm for 30 minutes
  • Juniors/novice - 4:10pm for 30 minutes

5pm - podiums for all remaining races
