Club Race Info

  Registration 9:30 to 10:30 Practice 9:30 to 10:30 Racing to start by 11:00 (may take longer at first event)     Race fees £10 per rider per race, sadly we had to put the price up this year due to several factors, for your £10, a £1 goes to British cycling for insurance cover, £1 goes to Sqorz, £2 towards first aid cover as we have an outside company coming in due to the success of our races and the rest goes towards our end of season trophies and presentation.   5 out of 7 rounds attended to count for end of season trophy. No Transponders required, but will be run off the Sqorz app, so please see a club member to see how app works. You will race the year of birth, for those wishing to race up we are running 3 classes for you, Junior Elite (12 & under), Senior Elite (13 & over) and Pro straight (15+ Pro Straight) this is to encourage our national level rider to compete against each other rather than older grass roots riders. Number Plates will be required for your bike. There will be an online form for pre-registration before the race. You will be required to hold a minimum of a British Cycling Bronze membership, by the time you race your second round, this will make tracking your results easier. All the detail above are subject to change, if the committee see fit. Parking is in the council car park at the rear of the track chargeable between 08.00 and 19.00.
