About the Event

Info for Riders

Instructions:

1. Park at either Hillingdon Cycle Circuit or Minet Country Park (What3words:///start.coffee.verbs).
2. Avoid parking at the 'Goals' carpark to avoid parking penalties.
3. Arrive at least an hour before your race, starting from 12:15 pm.
4. Upon arrival, proceed to the clubhouse for registration and number collection.
5. Event organizers and marshals will guide you to the race start.
6. Bring your own rollers for warming up.
7. Go Races do not require British Cycling Membership or Race license.
8. For Category 3 and 4 participants, British Cycling Membership and Race license are mandatory. You can purchase the British Cycling day license at registration on the day.
9. After the race, ride clockwise to the clubhouse.
10. Podium and prizes will be awarded at the end of the day.
11. Refreshments will be available for purchase.
12. Lockers are available with a £1 deposit.

13. Evolve offers a cycling platform designed for Muslim women seeking to engage in racing while wearing hijab or layers. We encourage the addition of leg warmers to your cycling bib or opting for a full-length bib/tights to inspire inclusion.
