Entry: Entry on-line only via BC website; no paper entries or entries on the day. First come first served.       

League Participation: For your results to be included in the League tables you must be an affiliated rider, this also entitles you to priority entry. Details about how to affiliate can be found here: https://www.ndcxl.org.uk/rider-affiliation/

Attendance Rules: Attendance at the event is subject to all riders and supporters following British Cycling and NDCXL Regulations.
All Riders, Spectators and Families are expected to have read and abide by the code of conduct. Details of all of these are found or linked from here: https://www.ndcxl.org.uk/code-of-conduct/

Race Day Regulations: All entrants will be sent Race Day Regulations by the Event Organiser before the event date.

Race Day Schedule: We are planning to run a full race day schedule but please note that, race regulations and schedules are subject to change at any point up to and including on the day. Any changes will of course be communicated to riders. The planned schedule can be found here: https://www.ndcxl.org.uk/participate-2/

 Affiliated riders will have priority entry from Saturday 4 November @ 00:00 to Friday 1 December @ 11:55PM*. All riders will be able to enter from Saturday 2 December @ 00:05 to Sunday 10 December @ 11:55PM*.
*NB there is a 10 minute grace period in the BC system following this cut off

Race Licence: Riders without a BC race license will need to pay a £3 on the day license fee (this applies to Junior and above without Race membership of BC)

National Ranking Points: Riders must hold a full British cycling race license to be eligible for national ranking points from this event.
