Start: on A3121 just outside Ermington approx half a mile east of Kings Acre Nursing Home. (GR

Proceed South West to Hollocombe Cross Roundabout, where turn right round and retrace past the start
and continue in a North East direction, passing Ugborough to Kitterford Cross Roundabout.
At Kitterford Cross go right around the roundabout and continue to finish approx 0.4 miles beyond the
start.

- Observe the Highway Code and keep your head up at all times.
- Do not “white line”
- Paced Riding: Any rider seen taking pace from another competitor will be disqualified.

- Under NO circumstances should you ride with headphones, anyone seen to do so will be disqualified.
- Front / rear lights compulsory.
- Have a safe but enjoyable ride!!
