The Youth Tour of Scotland is a residential stage race, taking place in the beautiful Perthshire countryside. This four-day event welcomes youth teams from across the UK and further afield to compete across five stages to gain the top position and sought after jerseys in general classification, points, king and queen of the mountains, team and Scottish rider competitions.

The event provides opportunities for young riders to compete as a team, whilst representing their region or country within a professional environment. There are 20 team places available in both the boys and girls competition, with the invited regions and teams listed in the Entry Guidelines given priority. If any of the 20 places are not filled, open entries will then be invited.

Please note, this is a team only event with priority given to invited regions. Entries should be submitted by the Team Manager. Rider details may be confirmed up until Monday 12th February 2024. 

Boys teams

Boys teams must be made up of 4 riders in the Youth A category in 2024 (born in 2008 or 2009). The full entry fee of £1720 also includes one Team Manager. Additional support staff are optional and will be charged an additional fee to cover accommodation costs. 

Girls teams

Girls teams may be made up of 3 or 4 riders in the Youth A or Youth B category in 2024 (born 2008-2011). The full entry fee of £1720 also includes one Team Manager, teams of 3 riders will be charged a reduced amound of £1500. Additional support staff are optional and will be charged an additional fee to cover accommodation costs. 

All teams must enter and pay a £500 deposit at the point of entry, £400 of which is refundable up until 1st December, at which point teams will be invoiced for the remainder of the entry fee. The full entry fee for a 4 riders with 1 team manager is £1720.
