About the Event
Info for Riders
This event is available for Students and Non-Students.
To qualify as a student, you must be currently matriculated at a Scottish institution, university or college or any other form of higher education.
Helmets must be worn during competition. No helmet, no ride.
The course must not be ridden on before 16:00 as we do not have permission to use the National Wallace Monument's property before that time.
The first rider will go off at 1:00pm
Sign on starts at 12.00pm.
We are guests on another organisation's property. Please be respectful and do not infringe on any other member of the public enjoying the Wallace Monument Facility. This is especially important in the car parking area before 17:30.
Car parking is available at the University of Stirling Overflow Car Park. Toilets are available at the University.

For the Scottish National Hill Climb Championships
All Scottish Cycling National Championships require riders to hold a full racing licence and riders must meet one of the following eligibility criteria;
a) SC/BC members (members of clubs affiliated to SC).
b) Scottish Nationals (persons born in Scotland).
c) Scottish Residents (persons who have lived in Scotland for three of the last five years).
d) Persons who have at least one parent who was born in Scotland.
e) Members of the armed forces who meet none of the above, but who by necessity are required to live in Scotland away from their normal residence. Persons in sections (b), (c), (d) and (e) must be members of an UCI recognised Cycling Federation.
It will be the responsibility of Scottish Cycling to check eligibility for entrants and communicate this directly to Event Organisers and entrants.
Entries will close at 23:55 on Saturday 4th November.
No late entries for the Scottish Championships will be accepted, there will be no exceptions.
For the Student Championships, late entries will be accepted.

About the Event
Info for Riders
This event is available for Students and Non-Students.
To qualify as a student, you must be currently matriculated at a Scottish institution, university or college or any other form of higher education.
Helmets must be worn during competition. No helmet, no ride.
The course must not be ridden on before 16:00 as we do not have permission to use the National Wallace Monument's property before that time.
The first rider will go off at 1:00pm
Sign on starts at 12.00pm.
We are guests on another organisation's property. Please be respectful and do not infringe on any other member of the public enjoying the Wallace Monument Facility. This is especially important in the car parking area before 17:30.
Car parking is available at the University of Stirling Overflow Car Park. Toilets are available at the University.

For the Scottish National Hill Climb Championships
All Scottish Cycling National Championships require riders to hold a full racing licence and riders must meet one of the following eligibility criteria;
a) SC/BC members (members of clubs affiliated to SC).
b) Scottish Nationals (persons born in Scotland).
c) Scottish Residents (persons who have lived in Scotland for three of the last five years).
d) Persons who have at least one parent who was born in Scotland.
e) Members of the armed forces who meet none of the above, but who by necessity are required to live in Scotland away from their normal residence. Persons in sections (b), (c), (d) and (e) must be members of an UCI recognised Cycling Federation.
It will be the responsibility of Scottish Cycling to check eligibility for entrants and communicate this directly to Event Organisers and entrants.
Entries will close at 23:55 on Saturday 4th November.
No late entries for the Scottish Championships will be accepted, there will be no exceptions.
For the Student Championships, late entries will be accepted.
