About: Southampton Saints CSC are hosting an introduction to the sport of Cycle Speedway with BC qualified coach for newcomers aged 8 upwards to get a taste of riding around the track on a bike with no brakes

Further information: please wear long trousers, long sleeved shirt, trainer type shoes, gloves and helmet.
