Welcome to the 15th edition of the Ful-on Tri Surrey Legs of Steel!

Test your legs through the stunning Surrey Hills and explore some of the most iconic climbs on this challenging cycle sportive. To enter, please click the event link below:

With 2 routes available, The Surrey Legs of Steel is open to anyone with a passion for cycling and the Surrey Hills. Whether you’re looking to achieve a personal best, or just complete the course, you’ll receive a warm welcome, well-stocked feed stations and a fantastic goody bag.

Long Course (The full Legs of Steel), 80km – 1400m elevation
Short Course (Still a challenge!) – 40km, 850m elevation

Event includes:

  • Full route marking
  • Feed stations
  • Electronic chip timing (including KOM/QOM on a timed climb!)
  • Goody bag from our sponsors
  • Finisher medal
  • On-site catering
  • Facilities and parking
  • Mechanical support
  • Medical support

The event is held to commemorate Dave Aitchison, a rising star in British triathlon and Ful-on Tri club member who died suddenly in January 2007, aged 29. All profits from the event go towards Dave Aitchison SportsAid Fund set up in Dave’s name by his family and the club to assist talented young triathletes in the Triathlon London region.
