Monday night coaching sessions for U14, U16 and Juniors

Sessions will recommence on 31st October and continue (with a brief pause for Christmas) every week until the week before Track League recommences next season. 

They will be held at Palmer Park Stadium, Wokingham Road, Reading RG6 1LF.

The sessions are on road bikes and will run from 7-9pm with sign on from 6:45pm - the warm-up is included in the session.

The sessions are on road bikes and will run from 7-9pm with sign on from 6:45pm - the warm-up is included in the session.

If the track is too wet to use, then we will have a roller/turbo session in the stand so please always bring these with you.

The type of coaching is focused entirely on fitness components for those racing or planning to race, although some skills work is sometimes added in too. These sessions are targeted at helping those planning to compete regionally and nationally (or even internationally) next season and beyond. For a rider to be eligible they should be at least a British Cycling B (U14) rider next season.

The cost is £5 per session.

Please note: if the session is oversubscribed (over the track limit) we will prioritise older riders first, moving down the age categories. Please sign-up and if you don't get a place we will notify you on the Saturday/Sunday and give you a full refund.
