About the Event

Info for Riders

Fancy a new Race venue for 2023? Look no further, MOD Lyneham has it all!!

After a successful R1 we will be testing a different course option for R2. The course will run over 4.7km this time and will be flatter. After feedback from R1 we have taken out the section through the solar farm and the descent back down the main runway. Should make for some fast racing!!

Whilst this is a Race series, there will NOT be an overall series prize/winner. Instead, prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each race, and BC points awarded accordingly.

Chip timing will be available for all four of our races, provided by Eventrex

Riders are advised to make sure their tyres are in good order. Being an inactive airfield there is higher risk of punctures due to flint chippings etc. Attempts will be made to sweep parts of the course, but given the distance and width of the airfield its an impossibilty to sweep it all. Because of this, riders are also advised to wear eye protection.

Whilst this is a Race series, there will NOT be an overall series prize/winner. Instead, prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each race, and BC points awarded accordingly.

Chip timing will be available for all four of our races, provided by Eventrex
