All sessions are for riders who will race as a Youth A-B in the 2023 season

About the Event
Info for Riders
These sessions are for riders competing as a Youth A or B in the 2023 season, the sessions are consist of progressive training exercises driven by challenging the physical and technical needs identified in the region.
The sessions will have different ability groups so are very inclusive but please contact me if you have questions on rider suitability.
Entries are non transferable other than in the event of a session cancellation
Riders should treat the session like a two hour road ride and be suitably equiped, 2 bottles, food, race cape, spare tube and a pump is the minimum. The session will run in all weather conditions other than snow so please bring sutable clothing again contact me with any questions.
