Entry & Entry Deadlines

Online Entry only - Entries close 9pm the Wednesday before the event. No entries will be accepted after this time or on the day.

Day licences for adult non-members

If you are an adult or junior rider (born 2005 or before), and do not have "Race" membership with British Cycling (Bronze Race membership or above), you can still enter this event. However, you do need to set up a free account with this website and use that to "log-in" to this website. Then go to the event listing, select entry for the appropriate (for you age/gender) race. You will then have to select the entry option for NON BC MEMBERS, which includes a "Day Licence" fee. It sounds involved, but one you've set up your free account with the website it's plain sailing. You'll also need either a membership or free account to enter your children in races. They don't need memberships so there just one entyr choice for them.

Under-9 - Born 2014 onwards
Under-12 - Born 2011-2013
Under-14 - Born 2009 & 2010
Under-16 - Born 2007 & 2008
Junior - Born 2005 & 2006
Adult Senior - Born 1983 - 2004
Veteran 40-49 - Born 1973 - 1982
Veteran 50-59 - Born 1963 - 1972
Veteran 60 Plus - Born 1962 and before

Info for Riders

Race Day Schedule:

• 08.45 - 09.15 Practice for Youth & Vet-50/60 Men
• 09.30 YOUTH RACE (30 MINS)
• 10.15 VETERAN-50 & VETERAN-60 MEN'S RACE (40 MINS)
• 11.15 - 11.45 Practice for Women and Junior & Veteran-40 Men categories
• 12.00 WOMEN'S RACE - ALL CATEGORIES (40 MINS)
• 13.00 JUNIOR & VETERAN-40 MEN'S RACE (50 MINS)
• 14.00 - 14.30 Practice for Senior Men category
• 14.30 SENIOR MEN'S RACE (60 MINS)

Under-9 and Under-12 races will be run on a completely separate course. These races will not be electronically timed and therefore have a reduced entry fee. 

09.30 - 10.00 Course open for practice

10.15 UNDER-9 RACE (10 MINS)

10.30 UNDER-12 RACE (15 MINS)

Gridding:

Will be based on National rankings, followed by regional series standings for those without a national ranking.

Jet-Wash Ban

Strictly no jet/pressure washes of any kind on site, including car parks, due to the hosepipe ban in Yorkshire. Please use a bucket, sponge and brush. Please don’t clean bikes in the car park. Thank you.

Camping:

No camping on site. Plenty of sites nearby. 

Parking:

Please note that parking is not allowed in the main car park in front of the venue. There is simply not enough room as the venue will still be open for other activities. There are two car parks assigned to us on the day.

As you approach the roundabout just after the venue, proceed straight ahead and take the next left for Car Park 1 (Kimberlow Lane Car Park). If the car park is full, please use Car park 2 further up the same road (Field Lane Car park).

Once parked there is a 5 minute walk to the venue. Please proceed along the footpath next to the road you came in on, turning right at the roundabout down to the venue area behind the main building. The sign-on will be on your left. Give your name to the marshal and you will be given an envelope with your number and transponder.

Please do not warm-up on the tarmac road circuit, to prevent any dirt or debris collecting there.
