The session requires a rider to meet criteria. This includes:

  • Welsh Eligible
  • Youth A, B and Junior
  • Riders need to be racing and performing at a regional level and/or racing at a national level.

Aim of Advanced Sessions:

  • Provide riders with the skills and knowledge required to race and perform at a national level.
  • Prepare riders to join a Junior racing team, the Welsh Cycling Academy, or the British Cycling Academy. 
  • Equip riders with all the skills and knowledge required to progress their cycling career to the highest level if desired.
