Info for Riders

Suitable for - Riders aged 8 - 10 who are confident riding a bike. The day will depend on the group's ability but be prepared for half a day outside with a lot of riding.

Cycling Disciplines Covered - Mountain Biking

What to Expect - Event will build on and practise off road skills with lots of riding. We will mix skills with trail riding. We will ride on grass, easy trails and use the new ‘Pedal and Play’ trail and aim to progress to riding Perry’s Trail.

Food is not provided, so bring a packed lunch.

Please Bring – A bike suitable for riding off road, such as a mountain bike. A helmet and gloves. Bikes and helmets are available to borrow if required. Please contact mattblythe@britishcycling.org.uk to book bike and/or helmet loan.

Meet by the trail information boards in front of Go Ape.
