Edinburgh University Cycling Club is proud to be hosting the Scottish Student Cycling Time Trial Championships!

The event will be held on the Gelnkinchie TT course near Pencaitland, east of Edinburgh, on the 27th of March. The event is open to both students and non-students.

The course is 18.5km long with 261m of elevation.

About the Event

Info for Riders

This event is available for Students and Non-Students.

There will be five classifications within the race;

    Male Students

    Female Students

    Student team

    Male Non-Students

    Female Non-Students

To qualify as a student, you must be current matriculation at a Scottish institution, university or college or any other form of higher education.

For the student team competition the fastest 2 male and 2 female rider times from each institution will count.

Helmets must be worn during competition. No helmet, no ride.

Sign on will be at the Boggs Holdings Village Hall in Pencaitland. The start is approximately 4km away and will be signposted from the hall. Please note that there is no parking at the race start.

Sign on will open at 9.30am. First rider will be off at 11am.

The course is 18.5km long with 261m of elevation.
