Welcome to the Girvan Sportive Ride. This is year 1 of the event so congrats! You are part of history!
The Girvan has 2 courses. The 'Lang' and the 'Wee' which at 85 and 49 miles are testing routes that take in the famous roads of the old Girvan 3 Day Road Race. This famous race was a monument of the British Cycling calendar for decades. Riders like Sean Kelly, Chris Boardman and Mark Cavendish to name just a few started their careers on the very roads that you will cover.
You will love it!
After you have entered you will receive your rider pack but you can follow the lead up to the event via the Facebook page and the website
