Event Overview
Coached training at The Carlisle Cycle Circuit, Harraby. Youth session from 18.00 to 19.15 and Adult session from 19.30 to 21.00 on our 1km floodlit Closed Circuit.
Sessions have a race focus but will also be of interest to those seeking to improve fitness and general cycling skills.
Sessions will include a group riding skills, endurance blocks, general bike handling skills and race practice and are aimed at regular cyclists. Prior race experience is not essential but if you are new to riding in a closed circuit or inexperienced in group riding please get in touch with us before booking.
Our Coaches are British Cycling qualified, DBS checked and hold First Aid certificates. Covid precautions will be in place for your safety.
Online pre entry is preferred but on the night entries will be accepted if there is space.

About the Event
Info for Riders
Youth Session from 18.00 to 19.15 for those who will be Youth A,B, or C next year. Second year Ds with race experience or a interest in racing will be considered if recommended by a Club Coach. Adults new to riding on the Circuit may also attend this session.
Adult session runs from 19.30 to 21.00. Experienced Youth A riders may also attend the adult session.
Youth A, Junior and Women riders may attend both sessions if they wish.
