Event Overview
These races are additional events to the popular West Thames Tuesday night series.
Entries are open to all however those riders that have previously got West Thames League membership will benefit from discounts on their entry fees,
Entry fees will be members, pre entry, on line £14 non members £18, on the day entry fees will be £20 for all so we would encourage riders to pre enter to guarantee their place.,
0n a number of Tuesdays our max limit on the size of the fields were met and riders had to be rejected, so to ensure you have a spot please enter on line.
Non league members are welcome at the following cost, pre entry £18 on the day £20.
Cash prizes will be given for the top 10 in the Men's event, the Hillingdon GP and the Women's Onyx GP E/1/2/3 race , the top 6 in the 3rds and goods to the top 6 in both the 4th cat race men's and women's races.
With a big thanks to the lovely people at Onyx RT who are supporting the women’s race 1st prize in the women's race will be £100. and prizes will go down to 10th.
To give the men parity the Hillingdon GP will also have a 1st prize of £100 and prizes will be down to 10th.
BC Ranking Points will be awarded in the events per current guidelines from British Cycling.
Both the Onxy GP and the Hillingdon GP will be category B National events, whilst the supporting races will be Cat C events.
Prizes will be awarded as soon as possible once the results are confirmed and there will be a podium for the top 3 finishers.
It will be crucial that you pin your race number in the correct position as photo finish equipment will be used.
Riders do not have to have an annual racing licence to enter and take part however those not in possession of an annual racing licence will need to purchase an on the day licence at a supplementary fee.
The 4th category females race will run at the same start time as the Onxy GP with separate starts. to prevent any cross contamination between riders of the different events we will be using the short cut on the cct if there is any likelyhood of the groups merging.
Primes maybe announced on the day.
In all races any lapped riders will be pulled out with 5 laps to go, if riders are dropped from the bunch in any of the races they must not interfere with the races but can rejoin the back of the bunch if lapped and remain there until the 5 lap to go board is shown,.
NOTE: Secure lockers are provided within the club house for a refundable £2.00 deposit, please do not leave valuables within your vehicle. The organising team cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to equipment left in such a way.
In the event of any COVID restrictions being put into place then the races will be run in compliance with the current regulations around field sizes and duration of the races.
In the event of COVID causing the event to be cancelled, riders will be refunded their entry fee minus any admin fee.
Entries on the day will be allowed subject to space.

Event Summary
Event Overview
These races are additional events to the popular West Thames Tuesday night series.
Entries are open to all however those riders that have previously got West Thames League membership will benefit from discounts on their entry fees,
Entry fees will be members, pre entry, on line £14 non members £18, on the day entry fees will be £20 for all so we would encourage riders to pre enter to guarantee their place.,
0n a number of Tuesdays our max limit on the size of the fields were met and riders had to be rejected, so to ensure you have a spot please enter on line.
Non league members are welcome at the following cost, pre entry £18 on the day £20.
Cash prizes will be given for the top 10 in the Men's event, the Hillingdon GP and the Women's Onyx GP E/1/2/3 race , the top 6 in the 3rds and goods to the top 6 in both the 4th cat race men's and women's races.
With a big thanks to the lovely people at Onyx RT who are supporting the women’s race 1st prize in the women's race will be £100. and prizes will go down to 10th.
To give the men parity the Hillingdon GP will also have a 1st prize of £100 and prizes will be down to 10th.
BC Ranking Points will be awarded in the events per current guidelines from British Cycling.
Both the Onxy GP and the Hillingdon GP will be category B National events, whilst the supporting races will be Cat C events.
Prizes will be awarded as soon as possible once the results are confirmed and there will be a podium for the top 3 finishers.
It will be crucial that you pin your race number in the correct position as photo finish equipment will be used.
Riders do not have to have an annual racing licence to enter and take part however those not in possession of an annual racing licence will need to purchase an on the day licence at a supplementary fee.
The 4th category females race will run at the same start time as the Onxy GP with separate starts. to prevent any cross contamination between riders of the different events we will be using the short cut on the cct if there is any likelyhood of the groups merging.
Primes maybe announced on the day.
In all races any lapped riders will be pulled out with 5 laps to go, if riders are dropped from the bunch in any of the races they must not interfere with the races but can rejoin the back of the bunch if lapped and remain there until the 5 lap to go board is shown,.
NOTE: Secure lockers are provided within the club house for a refundable £2.00 deposit, please do not leave valuables within your vehicle. The organising team cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage to equipment left in such a way.
In the event of any COVID restrictions being put into place then the races will be run in compliance with the current regulations around field sizes and duration of the races.
In the event of COVID causing the event to be cancelled, riders will be refunded their entry fee minus any admin fee.
Entries on the day will be allowed subject to space.
