What is it?

These cluster sessions are support by coaches from London Dynamo's, Hillingdon Slipstreamers and Twickenham CC. The circuit sessions will be structured and progressive focussing on racing techniques that will be held on the closed road circuits at Kempton Park. These will cover the technical and tactical skills required to race successfully at a regional and national level.

 

Entry is £7.50 and will be collected by the club.

What you need? Clean road bike in good working order*, helmet, gloves, appropriate clothing for the weather & time of year, spare inner tube, tyre levers, pump and enough food & drink (water bottles on bike or close to the circuit) to see you through the session and travelling home
