Road / Circuit Coaching sessions focussed on Youth A, last year B and Junior riders age groups (13-18 years). These will be aimed at getting riders ready to race circuit races with elements of fitness training, strength and skill development. 

Older riders may be used as expert riders to help lead the sessions.

 

Each week you will be emailed a survey with a range of questions to assess wellness and raise any conserns or risk of displaying covid-19 symptoms. This will need to be completed before attending any of the sessions.

Turn up ready to ride for 1 hour 30 mins outdoors. Bring spare layers, gloves, over shoes, water and snacks etc. Road bikes with good  lights front no Rears

We'll be on the circuit from 19.00 - 20:30

On arrival please enter through the main park barrier.
