About the Event

Info for Riders

Session Details: 

This session is for youth A/B bike riders with race expeerince. In order for riders to be considered for these sessions they must meet atleast one of the below critieria: 

  • Have track acreditation 
  • Ride in the MRTL 
  • Track RSR or GBCT Apprentice Rider

 

The sessions will cost £6:00 each week and will run from 18:45 - 21:00. Riders will need to be signed in and ready for a breifing at this start time. 

Riders will need to bring there own equipment, apropiate cycling kit for the weather conditions (including gloves), camping chair, and enough food and drink to last an intense 2 hour training session. 

In light of current circumstances there are also no changing rooms availble, so make sure to arrive at the session in your cycling kit. 

Final information will be sent the Tuesday before each session via email. 

 

Covid-19 Information:

If you, or anyone in your household is shielding or displaying and covid-19 symptoms do not attend this session. The on-bike sessions are designed to meet current social-distancing and hygiene requirements. Please respect normal social-distancing and hygiene requirements when off the bikes too.

  • Keep 1m apart. Stay in your designated chair and keep your area clear.
  • Do not share equipment.
  • Your own equipment should be clean and sanitised before you use it.
  • Do not congregate more than necessary before and after a session.
