About the Event

Info for Riders

Riders must complete 3 events (2km IP or a standing lap, F200 & 1kmTT).

Entries will be allocated on a first-come-first-served basis. No entries will be accepted on the day. Riders will receive the Race Programme via email prior to the event. Please ensure you have read and understood this information in advance of arriving at the event.

Payment will only be taken on the morning of the event should the organisers be confident that the weather will permit the event to proceed. Should poor weather force the event to be called off then all entries will be rejected and no payment will be taken from riders.

Track warm up will be from 1700-1725 (fixed &freewheel bikes separately).

Race Result: Riders will be notified of their times within 24hrs of the race finish.

Competition 1: We will score each rider performance on a points basis, within their race group (Youth or Reg C). Faster times will score more points, for example: 1st = 12 points, 12th =1 point

The highest combined score, after the 3 events will win the event. Rider's will also be able to compare their scores to their peers within their own category

Competition 2: (we hope to run further events at weekends)to help level the playing field, we will also score performances based on your own personal times and your improvements on previous performances

You're just as able to score points if you’re a beginner or an old vet. This is about improvements.

Points will be allocated on the following basis for each event:

1 point for racing

2 points for beating previous race time

4 points for setting a PB.

So, in effect you could score 3x 7points if you beat the previous weeks’ time and set a PB in all 3 events.

If riders end up with the same number of points overall positions will be set by their IP score (Endurance), F200 score (Sprinter).
