Event Overview
Building on the success of our inaugural event that was just prior to the visit from the Tour de France, Ilkley Cycling Club will again be hosting an evening of racing in the town centre. The same challenging 1.5 km circuit awaits the riders, using the Riddings Road hill with a high-speed finish along The Grove. Under 14s, Under 16s, Women's & Men's races.
Our event is now in its seventh year and the stage is set for another fantastic summer evening of sport.

Info for Riders
The races are now well established and always have a terrific atmosphere for both riders & spectators alike.
The evening of racing costs over £15,000 to put on and Ilkley CC cover any short-fall from club funds.
For info. our main costs are:
- Infrastructure (barriers, P.A., podium truck etc)
- Prize Money
- Traffic Management
- Chip Timing
- Medical cover
- Hire of the HQ
- Banners, flyers, race numbers, commentary etc..
We do our utmost to keep racing affordable for everyone and want to thank the huge contribution from our sponsors and all the volunteers who freely give up their time to make this event possible.
