Christmas Club Cluster of Coaching 

Work off your christmas pudding and work on your skills and drills with a hint of racing to take away and put into practice in the new years track leage and Ice breaker series. Don't forget to get your entries in for both!!!

 

All you need to know...

- The session is aimed at Youth A, B and C (Second year C's - Born before 2007).

- The session will last 4 hours (12 til 4). Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the session. 

- The first hour of the session will be a core session and roller warm up. 

- The time on the track will be a mixture of racing skills and tactics. 

 

You must be Welsh Eligible to ride in the session. These include people who are...

1- Born in Wales 

2- Parents born in Wales

3- Lived in Wales for the last 5 years. 

 

The session will be deivered by Welsh Cycling South East Go-Ride coach Owen Thomas and The Welsh Pathway Devlopment coach Anthony O'boyle.

All riders must have previously riden the track and be confident to ride in large groups, in any position on the track. 

*This session is not suitable for beginners. If your looking for opportunities to get on track for the first time or looking to improve please contact owen.thomas@welshcycling.co.uk for more information.


Please bring with you... 

- Your own track bike (Hire bikes will not be permitted) 

- Rollers

- Tracksuit and trainers.

- Sufficiant food and drink to last the duration of the session. 

- Track Mits
