Event Summary
Event Overview
The first session of the Regional R.A.C.E programme for road in the North and North East will commence in December 2020 and take place monthly thereafter through to April 2019. These sessions are for youth A, B and second year C riders (as of 1st January 2020) who are regularly racing, demonstrating some commitment to training and aspire to race nationally. The objective of this programme is to prepare the riders for racing nationally, selection for R.A.C.E National sessions and selection for regional race teams. Whilst entry is structured such that each session can be entered separately, it will be beneficial for the rider to attend all five, given the progressive nature of the programme.

Presentation: Introduction to the Development Pathway (riders & parents)
Practical: Turbo and roller session
Workshop: Youth training principles (riders & parents)
