Event Overview

Start is approximately 2.5 miles from HQ.

Start is in the large layby situated on the northbound carriageway midway between the exits for A932 (Forfar) and A94 (Glamis/Forfar).

Proceed north/northeast on the A90 for approximately 12.6 miles to leave the A90 at the A935 (Brechin) junction continue over the flyover and take the second exit on the roundabout (CAUTION, this is a tight turn on an adverse camber, take care especially if wet). Obey any instruction from the marshal as traffic approaches this roundabout at speed. Proceed down the slip road to rejoin the A90 heading towards Forfar.

To finish leave the A90 at the A94 (Glamis/Forfar) junction passing the entrance to McDonalds (CAUTION) then take the first exit at the roundabout (Glamis) and finish just beyond the A90 underpass.

Info for Riders

Entry fee will be £25.00 and £15.00 Juniors and Youth.

All SC Championships shall be open to: -

a) SC/BC members (members of clubs affiliated to SC)

b) Scottish Nationals (persons born in Scotland)

c) Scottish Residents (persons who have lived in Scotland for three of the last five years)

d) Persons who have at least one parent who was born in Scotland.

e) Members of the armed forces who meet none of the above, but who by necessity are required to live in Scotland away from their normal residence.

Persons in sections (b), (c), (d) and (e) must be members of an UCI recognised Cycling Federation.
