Entry fees are not refundable, (for example if the event has to be cancelled due to weather).
If you are a parent or guardian of an under 16 rider, you will accompany that rider throughout the event and provide a signed consent form to the organiser.
If you are 16 or 17, you can only ride the event if your parent or guardian has submitted a signed consent form to the organiser.
