Event Overview

ROC Challenge at Foxhall Stadium, Ipswich, on 9th November 2019 is an off-road double-header including a RUNNING TIME-TRIAL and CYCLE SPORTIVE. 

Participants can enter both disciplines, or settle for one.. either way, you can take part as a solo entry or pair (running & cycling), or in a team of 3 - 5 (running only). Every entry receives a medal and all participants will be chip-timed with all timings listed post-event.

Both running and cycling disciplines cover ultra-marathon distances of 45.5km (28 miles) over a unique 3.5km course including gravel, grass, woodland and the legendary Foxhall motor-racing track (all distances described are approximate).

Info for Riders

  • The cycle sportive will start at 10am, with a last-lap cut-off time of 12.45pm (i.e. participants will not be permitted to start a new lap after this time).  

  • Cycling participants are required to register at the venue's designated registration station between 8-9am on the day of the event.

  • Entry fees:

    • Solo = £30pp

    • Pairs = £25pp​​

    • A discount of 20% is available to clubs entering 40+ runners, and a discount of 10% is available to clubs entering 20-39 runners.
