After the success of last years race Scadson Freeride Park are inviting you to this years race!  Have you and your friends been holding grudge maches over who was fastest last year or do you have a new ride and want to see who would be the fastest down some of our tracks.  If you have, then here is your opportunity to find out.  

This is going to be a fun family day out for all the family with a chance to win some great prizes from rocky mountain.

 We plan to have timed runs down three of our most popular tracks. We will then combin your times to work out your overall position in your category.

Entry Fee covers day pass to site but not the Saturday 13th practice session a practice session will be available on race day

Categories will be: ripperz u5, juvenile u13,  youth u16,  junior u18,  senior 19-29, master 30-39, veteran 40+, over 18 ladies, u18 ladies depending on the number of entrants.

Info for Riders

The event is being held at Scadson Freeride Park on Sunday, 14th july 2019.  It will consist of your fastest three runs down Training Wheels, Dirty Burger and slipery weasel.  

There will be opportunities for practice runs on the morning from 0900 untill 1015. Timed runs will start at 1045 prompt in order of age categories on Training Wheels.  Upon completion of the first race there will be a 15 minute break before starting on Dirty Burger.  We will break for lunch at approximately 1:00pm until 2:00pm and continue where we left off.  A judgement call will be made on the day as to wether a third race will be feasible.  If it is not, you will be judged over the two tracks completed.

Practice runs can take place on Saturday, 13th July 2019 from 09:30 until dusk you will require a day pass or membership to take part in this practice sesion 

There is no uplift, so please ensure you allow enough time to push up to the start ramps for the start of your race.

Suitable bikes and helmets (full face is recommended) are required, if you are unsure if your bike is suitable please contact us.

Parking is available at the main Occombe Farm car park, ensure you bring all you need down to the trails.  The car park closes at 6:00pm on the Saturday and TTBC on the Sunday.

There will be a BBQ on Sunday only for those who wish to purchase food and drink, however feel free to bring your own lunch with you.
