Level of camp - North West Go-Ride Fast Track Training (coaching) will be a series of coaching sessions throughout the year to provide a platform for Youth A,B,C  including Junior Girls riders to up-skill all aspects of their riding allowing a more comfortable transition into CCT,RSR sessions as well as regional circuit racing. These are sessions that will focus on circuit racing skills and will be physically, technically and tactically demanding. You will require a road bike, suitable clothing for the time of year, food and drinks as well as a notepad andpen for notes

Info for Riders

Suitable for- All riders need to be able to ride for 3-4hrs 

A – ALL

B – ALL

C – All youth C riders that are racing at a regional level.

Cycling disciplines covered- Circuit Racing

What to expect-

Session will be physically challenging as well with the aim of providing good ride time on the session (adjusted to suit the age/level of rider. There will be no slacking in these session though ;) )

PARENT FREE ZONE!!! Parents will be expected to leave once session has started.

CPD for club coach’s, Coaches must tell us if they’re coming so they can be allocated things to do. Feedback will be given to riders by the Lead Coach at the end of the sessions.
