EMC Road Race Saltwick Circuit  -  3/4  - Start 10.30am - 50miles

Left out of the HQ - start of neutralised zone towards Twizell Cottage (marshal point). Turn right on to the circuit towards, continue to top of Saltwick Hill to the start/finish line. Neutralise zone to finish 200m after the start/finish line – just over 2 miles. Start lap and continue straight ahead until junction with B6524 (marshal point). Left turn onto the B6524 (caution).  Continue on B6524 , take next left at Y junction (marshal point) and continue to Twizell cottage. Turn left toward Saltwick hill to complete 1 lap.  Repeat 6 more laps – 7 in total.
