Lovely Suffolk countryside, not quite flat, just gentle slopes - cycling at its best. Come and join us for a great day out. Accept the challenge for Macmillan Cancer Support and Lions Charities.

Entry fees:

Entries received by 31st March:
Adults £15 (entry on the day £25)
Children £5 (entry on the day £10)

Entries received by 21st June:
Adults £20 (entry on the day £25)
Children £8 (entry on the day £10)

Children must be under 16 on the day of the ride

The closing date for on-line entries is 21st June


PLEASE NOTE: CYCLE HELMETS ARE COMPULSORY. NO HELMET, NO RIDE! Your safety is our priority.


Choice of three routes:
● 25k Family Route (Green route)
● 50k Intermediate Route (Red route)
● 100k Challenge Route (Blue route)


Colour coded route markers on all routes, marshals at many points along the routes, a travelling marshal, three refreshment points with First Aid and a travelling Cycle Mechanic.

Your rider pack will be ready for you to collect from the ride HQ on the day.

About the Event

Info for Riders

Event organised by the Stowmarket Lions in aid of Macmillan Cancer Support and Lions Charities.

Registration and Start/Finish at Ride HQ between 08:00 and 11:00 at the Blackbourne Centre, Elmswell, IP30 9UH.

There is ample car parking at the Centre. Please note that dogs are not allowed on the playing field.

Refreshments served at HQ throughout the event. For riders, there are three refreshment points around the routes.

Stowmarket Lions reserve the right to withdraw or change entry offers at anytime.
