About the Event

Info for Riders

Sessions are for riders competing as a Youth A, B or Junior.

These weekly sessions will continue over the winter months until early April and will take a holistic approach to the ‘rider as athlete’ with an off-the-bike strength and conditioning session before a structured session on the bike.

Please bring a road bike, winter kit and trainers for the off-bike S&C session. Food and drink to keep energy levels topped.

Please bring a completed parental consent form (attached) to your first session.
