- A fun Introduction to a fixed wheel bike in a track session taster at Carmarthen Velodrome (outdoor track)

- No experience needed to riding on track bikes  

- Aim to arrive 20mins before the session.

 *** Parking is limited at Carmarthen Park (Velodrome). Tesco next door has free parking for 3 hours***

About the Event

Info for Riders

* Riders can borrow a track bike on the day - Riders will need to inform the organiser/coach when entering to arrange a borrowed track bike. 

* Riders can also borrow a helmet if necessary, or if bringing your own, have no peak. 


* Please dress appropriate to the season, for example if it is winter and riders have bare legs and arms then unfortantely they cannot ride. To keep warm it can be suggested to wear leg/arm warmers, bib tights, base layers/coats, gloves etc. 


* Bring plenty of drinks/snacks.

- Riders will be accept/rejected nearer to the event date. There will be an email to each accepted rider to provide more details of the layout of the day. 

- Consent forms will need to be completed before the session, this can be sent back to the organiser via email, or given before the session on the day. Consent forms are attached when entering the rider.
