The Finchley 50 is back for 2019 with a new route.

NOW ALL REGISTERED RIDERS ARE ENTERED IN FREE PRIZE DRAW!

The ride is designed to be a fun day out for all with a family friendly 25-mile ride, while the more hardy enthusiasts can take on the 50-mile route. The ride starts and finishes at Finchley RFC and all proceeds are being used by the club to support its role as a community sports academy.

The route is designed to head out to Hertfordshire along the quieter roads and into the rolling fields past Potters Bar , Epping Green and Bayford with a food stop along the way.

Registration starts at 9am on 5th May.

The event has :

  • 50 mile and 25 miles options. Some hills but not a hilly route, most are on the 50. Route is available in advance with hill profile and directions. 
  • Starts and finishes at the club house with facilities including : food, toilets, some parking on site with more available in streets with no permits.
  • Food stop on route

  • You do not need to be a member of British Cycling to enter this event, just use the online signup link before the closing date (you will need to register on the BC website, but it is free to do so and means we have your basic details for H&S reasons which will save time on the day), or please contact mark.lilley@gmail.com
