This series of Rider Development sesssions will be split in to to Men's and Women's groups and will provide dedicated coaching for people wanting to enter their first bike race.

The sessions will enable you to:

  • Ride with friends and others of similar ability
  • Develop bike handling techniques
  • Learn about group riding techniques and etiquette
  • Practice racing and learn about the demands of cycle sport
  • Develop cycling fitness

Sessions are delivered at the Torbay VeloPark and are aimed at improving group riding skills and confidence - riding on a wheel and in close proximity to other riders, cornering and working efficiently together in group formations.

Once you've booked on, please look out for an email with a Rider Information form, which must be returned before the first session.

On the night, please bring a bike, helmet, suitable clothing for riding outdoors and a drink.
