Scadson Freeride Park are inviting you to their very first race!  Have you and your friends ever wondered who would be the fastest down some of our tracks.  If you have, then here is your opportunity to find out.  

This is going to be a fun family day out for all the family with a chance to win some great prizes from rocky mountain.

 We plan to have timed runs down three of our most popular tracks. We will then combin your times to work out your overall position in your category.

Entry Fee covers day pass to site

Categories will be: U16, U18, Adult (M) and Adult (L).

About the Event

Info for Riders

The event is being held at Scadson Freeride Park on Sunday, 26 August 2018.  It will consist of your fastest three runs down Training Wheels, Dirty Burger and Red Wizard.  

Timed runs will start at 09:30 prompt with U16's first, followed by U18's and Adults on Training Wheels.  Upon completion of the first race there will be a 15 minute break before starting on Dirty Burger.  We will break for lunch at approximately 1:00pm until 2:00pm and continue where we left off.  A judgement call will be made on the day as to wether a third race will be feasible.  If it is not, you will be judged over the two tracks completed.

Practice runs can take place on Saturday, 25 August 2018 from 09:30 until dusk 2 x practice runs on each track must be completed by sunday. 

There is no uplift, so please ensure you allow enough time to push up to the start ramps for the start of your race.

Suitable bikes and helmets (full face is recommended) are required, if you are unsure if your bike is suitable please contact us.

Parking is available at the main Occombe Farm car park, ensure you bring all you need down to the trails.  The car park closes at 6:00pm on the Saturday and TTBC on the Sunday.

There will be a BBQ on Sunday only for those who wish to purchase food and drink, however feel free to bring your own lunch with you.
