Tour de Cymru

Could you take up the challenge of a Four Day bike ride from North - South Wales to raise money for disabaled people across Wales to access Sport.

Tour de Cymru is a cycling challenge taking place from 28 June — 1 July 2018. It covers 320 miles from North to South Wales.  You can either sign up for the whole tour (4days) or just a stage (1,2, 3 or weekend ride)

The route
  • Thursday 28 June: Llangefni — Wrexham
  • Friday 29 June: Wrexham — Llandrindod Wells
  • Saturday 30 June: Llandrindod Wells — Swansea
  • Sunday 1 July: Swansea — Newport National Velodrome

About the Event

Info for Riders

Full route — four days

£50 registration fee. This will include the following:

  • your exclusive Tour de Cymru cycling jersey
  • supporters following you every step of the route
  • bike maintenance and recovery vehicles to follow
  • route maps and directions – lead by team leaders
  • water and food breaks along the routes

We ask you to raise at least £750 in sponsorship money which will go towards our £20,000 target.

Accommodation / food and drink — Hotel rooms and meals will be centrally booked and paid by Leonard Cheshire.

Part of the route — one day

£25 registration fee. This will also include the above but a cycling vest / Tshirt instead of cycling jersey.

We ask you to raise at least £125 in sponsorship money.
