Event Overview
HSBC UK Go-Ride Holiday Coaching Camps offer training and education dedicated to specific levels of rider over a range of disciplines. Camps are available at two levels.
If your child is new to cycling or not a regular at a club or races then the beginner’s camps are for them. These offer the participant a chance to develop and become proficient at a range of core cycling and bike handling techniques that will prepare them for their first club session or race.
If your child has experience of racing and is a Go-Ride Club regular then there are advanced camps. There will be the chance to improve on the skills developed at their club as well as look at techniques across disciplines that will progress your child to the next level of their cycling journey.

Info for Riders
Level of camp- BEGINNERS
Suitable for- Novice riders who can start, ride in a straight line and stop safely.
Cycling disciplines covered- road cycling / mountain biking
What to expect- 4 hours of coaching from British Cycling Go Ride coaches, developing basic skills and cycling fitness with the emphasis on fun.
Please bring- clothing suitable for the days weather conditions (sun cream if the sun is out !) a drink and packed lunch, own bikes must have front and rear working brakes, helmets are compulsory. (Bikes and helmets can be borrowed on the day)
