HSBC UK Go-Ride programme’s Rider Development Sessions Women & Girls provide dedicated coaching for people wanting to improve their cycling performance whether that is to ride further faster and more often with family and friends or to win bike races. Using traffic free facilities Go-Ride Coaches will help riders:

  • Ride with friends and others of similar ability
  • Develop bike handling techniques
  • Learn about group riding techniques and etiquette
  • Practice racing and learn about the demands of cycle sport
  • Develop cycling fitness

This session is for women and girls over 12 yrs old, although riders 8-12 will be accepted on ability and with and acompanying adult.


This 1.5hr session is designed for those who are new to Cyclo-Cross and/or are looking to improve their existing off-road bike handling skills in preparation for Summer Cyclo-Cross leagues.
