These offer the participant a chance to build on their race skills and will concentrate on tactics and be more physical. They will often involve the use of expert riders and coach led racing

About the Event

Info for Riders

Suitable for - Riders used to riding or even racing track who have been told by a qualified coach they are suitable for these sessions . The session will be suited to the riders attending.

Cycling Disciplines Covered - Track riding tactics and refreshing skills riders should have learned from CCT's, accreditation or racing experience.

What to Expect - We'll be outside for the hour and riding as much as we can and sometimes as fast as we can! The velodrome is a purpose built traffic free facility perfect for learning new skills and confidence but is outside and subject to the weather. Short stops for breaks and snacks - which you bring yourself. 

When we're not riding, you'll need clothing to put on to keep yourself warm.

Please bring - Track bikes can be hired for £3, suitable clothing, snacks plus something to drink.
