About the Event

Info for Riders

Please note that this is not a race but a test of endurance and navigation skills. Not recommended for novice and inexperienced riders.

Being a reliability ride the route is unsigned, unsupported and unmarshalled. A GPX file with the route on will be sent to you along with a rider information pack a few days before the date.

Roughly 30% of the route is off road using lost lanes and bridleways. The route is therefore suitable for cross, MTB and gravel bikes. If you come on a road bike you may be on for a walk !

Our aim is to support some of the communities that you are travelling through, so there are no feed stations - we would rather you spend your money in our local pubs, cafes and shops.

All riders under 16 must be accompaned by an adult and all riders under 18 must gain their guardians permission before entering.

Helmets obligatory. We recommend that you carry a minimum of an inner tube, pump, waterproof, mobile phone and basic first aid kit.

Please check out the event website for more information.
