Mid week training session - perfect for riders racing  in the cyclocross leauges. Session will include skills coaching but the focus is predominantly aimed at improving rider fitness specific to the demants of cyclocross.

The sessions will use the grass playing fields next to the circuit and as the night draw in will benifit from overspill lighting from the circuit.
