Day 1 of a 3 day holiday camp programme.

Level of camp - This camp is aimed at beginner to advanced riders. Riders will be split into ability groups on the day. ALL RIDERS MUST BE ABLE TO RIDE A BIKE.  

Suitable for - 6 to 16 year olds

Cycling disciplines covered -  Closed road circuit, traffic free.

Info for Riders

What to expect - These sessions will cover core Road techniques (traffic free environment), such as gear selection, group riding, starts, climbing and descending, cornering and taking hands off bars to perform tasks such as drinking and eating.

 Please bring - A working bike, helmet, gloves, packed lunch, snacks, plenty of drinks, suncream, waterproofs, spare dry kit, puncture repair kit or spare inner tubes.

Optional items to bring are a picnic blanket or deck chair.

Session times - 11am until 3pm. Please arrive at least 10 minutes before to allow for sign on.

Car parking - There is a free car park at the sports centre.
