A road cyclinng club cluster of coaching session.

For riders aged 10-16years old.

For riders who want to upskill, and who are currently racing or who want to race. 

These club clusters allow for education workshops to be taken place, that could include nutrition, basic bike maintance etc. The sessions will include skills coaching along with coach led racing. Typically, riders will need to be from Go-Ride clubs to join and be a British Cycling member. 

These club clusters of coaching allow the improvement of skills and put into race like scenarios during coach-led racing, these can help build the necessary steps to join a club cluster of training with Welsh Cycling performace pathway programmes.

About the Event

Info for Riders

- Please bring a road bike in good working order with at least two brakes. 

- Please bring suitable clothing for all weathers, including a jacket or suncream for example. 

- Please bring plenty of drinks and food, although they will be short breaks it is important to stay hydrated and to keep energy levels up. 

- Typically workshops are before the coaching session, so it is advised to not be in cycling kit before this, there will be time to allow changing in between a workshop and the coaching session.
