Event Overview

Women & Girls Rider Development sesssions provide dedicated coaching for females wanting to improve their cycling performance, whether that is to get fitter, improve your ability on the bike, ride further or faster, to ride more often with family and friends or to win bike races. These sessions could support your bike riding.

The sessions are delivered on a traffic free closed road circuit and Go-Ride Coaches will help riders: 

  • Ride with friends and others of similar ability
  • Develop bike handling techniques
  • Learn about group riding techniques and etiquette
  • Develop cycling fitness
You will be challenged both physically and technically in a safe, fun and supportive non pressured environment. These sessions are 1 and a half hours of coaching to support you and your riding needs along with like minded females. Non British Cycling Members are welcome to attend the first 2 sessions, after which you are encouraged to join British Cycling to continue to benefit from these sessions and additional benefits - https://www.britishcycling.org.uk/membership
