Riders need to be British cycling Member.

Riders need MTB bike with gear.

Helmet and gloves.

Two water bottle full to drink through the day.

Food and snacks to get through  the day.

Appropriate clothing its April in Manchester so it will be cold and wet.

Bring a positive attitude and be prepared to work hard.

We will meet at rear entrance for signing on
