About the Event

Info for Riders

Open to Central registered riders and members of Central Clubs

Session starts at 7.30 for led warm up in the track centre. Please be changed ready.

On the track at 8.00 am.

Session ends 11.00am.

Bring rollers or turbo trainer. Some additional rollers may be available to loan on the day.

Segment 1. Will be for Intremediate riders with ambition to ride in the Central Inter Regional Team.

Segment 2. Will be for beginner riders and older intermediate riders who will be riding the Omnium Series.

Riders will be split into ability groups on the day.  Riders may be moved into the other segment.

Session Cost £15 + Reg fee.

Ensure you have the correct gear restriction for your age category.

LVVP Track Rule. No additions on the bike, ie computers, cameras etc and nothing in your jersey pockets.

Bring your own energy snacks and drinks. Bring tracksuit or warm top and legs for between segments.

Sign on in the track centre. Please bring a completed parental consent form (attached). Forms also available on the day.

Parents, please sit in the stands.

Parking is now monitored for 4 hours £FOC

Additional time. Max 2 hrs  £4.00/hr.
