The first of the new Mini DH Series with Scottish Cycling North, for riders age 8 to 16.

A series of mini downhill races to be held in Highland region.The three races will form part of a larger series to be held in Scotland with the final race for qualifying riders at UCI Fort William World Cup

Full face helmet and gloves are compulsery also long sleeves and preferably long trousers.If you have any other body armour it is highly recommended that you wear it.

Timings for the day:

Sign-on from 9.30

Course open for inspection 10.30-11.30

First race (U6s) will start 12.00 noon

Prize-giving on completion of races 14.30ish

WHAT RIDERS NEED TO BRING:

• A Mountain bike which needs to be in full safe working order;

• All riders must be signed on by a parent or guardian

• A helmet (make sure it fits properly);

• Gloves;

• Appropriate clothing for the weather and for racing.
